Can I use more than one computer on
this type of wireless connection ?
Yes, Rodzoo's Wireless can provide
you with a router allowing you to hook up multiple computers. You can
supply your own router if you wish, but our Service & Support
Technicians cannot assist you with equipment that has not been purchased
from us without applying additional hourly charges.

What is done during an installation,
and what all does the charge cover ?
Our installation crew is
responsible for mounting the antenna on your roof, running the cables
into your house or business, and configuring one computer or router to
access the Internet via the wireless connection. The equipment is
grounded and a surge protector is installed on the coax cable coming
from the antenna to help protect the wireless equipment. The
charge includes the cost of labor to perform these job functions,
maintenance on your equipment for the life of your service with Rodzoo's
Wireless, and any necessary cabling/wiring & accessories needed to
complete the installation (except routers and other computer hardware
needed to utilize your computer).

How fast is the internet speed ?
Your speed can vary depending
upon many uncontrollable factors. For a more direct answer, your
speed is normally about 10x as fast as dial-up (with the basic package).

How
much would it cost me to get Rodzoo's Wireless Service ?
To get started, there will
be an installation charge plus a prorated charge for your first month's
service (based on how many days are left in the month). After your
equipment is installed, computer is setup, and your package has been
selected, your only costs are for your monthly services. For a more
